Over the last few months i have been dealing with a no power issue. So i assumed it was the typical VGT issue and tore down my spare turbo to clean the vanes and re asseble expecting to replace the turbo today. Anyway i got the "old" turbo freed up and decided i would check the actuator travel of the one on it. It looks like it is moving the correct amount when i unplug and repluged the vacuum line a few times.

Anyway so i cleared my codes and went for a run. Here is a video of what it is doing. (ignore the lights lol, i have a ABS issue that has been there for years)

From the start of acceleration i was wide open i never let off the thorrtle after it shifted into 2nd gear. You can see it was ok, then shifted and lost power and then spooled up or fueled up again and took off in 2nd. I continued to beat around on it and then pulled the codes again. They are

p0102
p1140
p1189

Edit
I forgot to mention i have the FCV delete with a eblow kit, and the MAF is unplugged. I'm wondering if its not a intermittent vacuum issue, or a vacuum "flow" issue? Or a fueling problem, like the filter needs swapped?

p1189 is the inlet pressure sensor.
The sensor is small and on the side of the airfilter box lid.
Its probably not plugged in all the way.
This is most likely your problem.

thats what it was. I found it and fixed it. I searched around again after i made my post and saw where someone had the same issues as i did and the same code and that somone replied saying theirs did that and it was the sensor. Thanks. this forum has been a ton of help, to find quick fixes.

I also noticed a hissing while i had it running with the hood up. I pretty loud compression noise hissing. Ended up being this. I added some water around the injector so i could see for sure which one it was since thats where it sounded like it was coming from. Looks like i will need new injector seals. I think my rear is leaking a tiny amount also. I did notice after i took it for a drive it stopped leaking once it got hot.

With the FCV & EGR crap gone, you can plug the MAF sensor back in, it should eliminate the P0102 code
Check all your turbo vacuum control connections and make sure they are good.

P1140 - Vacuum Reservoir Solenoid Circuit Condition
Possible causes
- Faulty Vacuum Reservoir Solenoid
- Vacuum Reservoir Solenoid harness is open or shorted
- Vacuum Reservoir Solenoid circuit poor electrical connection

P1189 - unplugged air pressure sensor on side of airbox
P1189 is for the small sensor on the side of the air box lid.
