I order Sasquatch parts for myself and a friend's CRD. Already have a provent be the other CRD with need a kit. So hopefully I can help convince you of offering the hoses to use that have the unit while also selling kits. "It takes time to get a customer and a second to loose them".

WE normally only get one, they are ultimately temporary, so make the most of it while you can.

My sentiments exactly, well put.

Seth - yes do keep us posted on the ProVent pre-order kits. I'd even be interested in being a beta tester. Also interested in finding out more about the custom intercooler piping that you came up with for the turbo outlet CAC!

Been watching this thread also. I'll be wanting a bracket and hoses. Already have the prevent.

I picked up a Provent 200 at one of the recent online sales and got around to finishing my install today. I made up a mount like WWDiesel showed us on the first page of this thread. I fabbed up some hoses out of 3/4" corrugated stainless steel flexible gas pipe (CSST) and some reinforced vinyl tubing. The CSST worked pretty well - easy to shape and cut and the 3/4" id vinyl tubing fit tightly over it. It has been mentioned by others too that the 1" id vinyl tubing fits tightly over the 3/4" vinyl tubing, making for easy reducers.

The pic below shows the hoses after I got them shaped and assembled. The lower piece you see is the old vinyl CCV puck to intake tubing. A previous owner had obviously replaced the original rubber hose with reinforced vinyl. I had to put that hose clamp on a few months ago to unkink it in one spot.

Lower hose routed and in place:

Both hoses in:

All dressed and ready for the road:

I routed 1/2" clear vinyl tubing from the Provent drain to the lower right front of the jeep and attached a crude drain valve. I stuffed the valve into a cavity in front of the washer fluid bottle in such a way that the clear hose will kind of serve as a sight window for the collected oil - at least until the tubing gets all cloudy and nasty.

I fill my engine oil to just above the min mark on my dipstick (6.4 quarts), so I'll be interested to see how much oil this thing catches. I've never had my turbo intake hose or my intercooler hoses off, but there is visible oil seepage at the junctions. I intend to clean that all up at the next TB change.

Looks good,
good job on the mounting and pipe routing. I like the bendable pipe that you can shape at will... :D

That looks clean and almost factory! Great job!

Fine job. Keep us posted on oil collected.

Another project on my list.....

Thanks. I will keep you posted on oil collected. I drove it after the install yesterday and sprung a decent coolant leak from the hose on the upper reservoir that I took off to route the provent hoses. Today the old spring clamp got replaced with a better hose clamp.

I have given up trying to reuse the OEM spring clamps. IMHO they are toast after removing.
