Anyone recently tried to contact them? Either email, or land lines?

I am sorting out my last order, and they haven't returned any emails. (3 weeks now) I tried calling them yesterday, but only got their answering machine. It was 4 pm their time.. 'tea time'??
I'm going to roll out at 3 am my time, to try again with the phone.

I've gotten a big order from them recently, all intact, and surprisingly quick..
I did need to return the piston rings, as they were for the late style piston. No biggy, I'll just use the credit towards the liners I'm going to replace..
I even got the confirmation email stating they got back the rings, and are awaiting any other parts I wish to order.
From that point;
Crickets.
Does England take the month of July off? It may be a sore subject to some of them!!

It seems they are a fairly small company. Could be that they are all on holiday.
It’s best to catch them by phone early in the day.
UK day that is, not US day.

I could only reach them by email. They always replied around 3-5am

I've had multiple multi thousand dollar orders from them, and I have a nice collection of parts from random unknown VM engines, because they always go silent when I say that they sent me the wrong parts....
Euro-spec turbo gaskets anyone? How about some strange different style oil pan gaskets? :ALONE:

I hope you have better luck :JEEPIN:

LOL... how about my 'mysterious' oil cooler gasket? The one I paid $1.40 for, and it apparently jumped ship.. I figured it was only a buck and some change.. no big deal.

Yeah, the correspondence was ALWAYS once a day, without fail, And I'd get them around 4 or 5 am my time.. (around 11 am their time) Then :ALONE: .
Has ANYONE had contact with them this month?

Finally got ahold of a live person! About 4 pm their time.. so he'll check into it 'straight away' on Monday morning.
Far as I could understand  the guy, he seemed genuinely concerned. Hell, I can barely understand myself sometimes!!
So, we shall see!

Might be something dumb, like getting dumped into to spam..

I ordered two heads with all new valves and two sets rockers with lifters that I received couple weeks ago quicker than I expected.
They answered every e mail within a business day.
Was happy but would hate to have to return something.

Same here. Good communication, and shipping was far quicker than I expected..
Makes no sense on why they went 'dark'. I told them I was going to order another $1500 bucks worth of parts... I'd think they'd bust hump to accommodate!
I actually go a hold of someone there, and he said he'd 'check into it' on the following Monday.. (a week ago) Crickets again.

Well it's vacation season, and rumor has it they actually get to take "holidays" and deal with the fallout when they get back, rather than force others to fill in and work triple shifts.

Different mindset.

All the Europeans I work with take like a month off in the summer. Its obnoxious.

I will literally be in the middle of working on some huge project with an engineering firm over there and one day it will be radio silence. Just about the time I forget about the project, they come back.
