A few suggestions you might want to consider adding that you did not cover?
Unplugging the MAF does not totally eliminate the EGR especially if the EGR valve is crudded up with soot and not fully closing. Can also loose boost through it.
Unbolting the OEM fuel head from the firewall is a must to gain access to the EGR valve and cooler bolts along with getting that pesky feed tube out.
You did not cover how to install the cap on the end of the exhaust manifold.
otherwise, A good video.

Thank you for the comment and suggestions! Your totally correct with all above mentioned points. We have a more Technical video on how to install the weeks kit on our YouTube channel that is a 3 part Detailed install video which was also sponsored by Sasquatchparts. https://youtu.be/xPgHFlMUa0s
This video was intended to be more of a laid back video with A few things not mentioned or experienced in one of our previous episodes. I am sure we may even do more of these kits in the future potentially in which we will try to cover some things others might encounter. Thank you for watching and for all your feedback!!

The EGR delete kits are still available from other vendors, you can find them on eBay.
eBay:> https://www.ebay.com/itm/Stage-1-2-EGR- ... Sw7z5eb0O9

A couple of good Videos on Youtube showing EGR removal how to:
