After EGR to exhaust pipe blew on my 06 CRD, I decided to do the Weeks 1 and 2 EGR delete. Everything installed fine, but still having problems. Could be new or related issue. 2 main things: low turbo boost and hard to shift automatic transmission. Thinking it might be vacuum related, but if so, having hard time finding the leak. Any thoughts?

The vacuum line that controls the turbo vane positioning runs behind the head above the egr pipe and could easily have been damaged when egr tube blew resulting in low boost
