If you are talking about the bearing on the idler pulleys of the serpentine belt, yes you can buy a 6203 2RS (2RS means sealed on 2 sides) online or at most auto stores like NAPA , Advance auto etc for around $3 , I would get a name brand preferably made in USA or Canada . You can drill out the rivets or punch them out and replace with screws and locking nuts or lock washers. Believe the screws needed are about 1/4 inch or 6mm about 1/2 inch long, but you would just have to use trial and error. There is information on this site if you search for it.
I believe its the same bearing in the serpentine tensioner, but I have not replaced that bearing so I am not 100% sure. If its bad you don't have anything to lose by taking it apart to remove the bearing and take it to store with you to see if its the same size , if not you can probably match it. You may also want to try an industrial supply store.
There may well be a number on the bearing itself you can see after u remove it . after rivets out just work the two halves apart with tapping screwdriver or chisel etc. You may have to sand or grind a few rough spots off pulley if you hit too hard etc
