I can’t see any oil leak in that picture.

The only time I’ve had a oil filter leak was when I was using a extremely oversized filter that hit a bump off road and put a kink in it.

Since then I’ve only used FL-1A or M1-301 filters.
No leaks ever.

Make sure you don't have two oil filter rubber seals installed one on top of the other.
I have seen this happen several times over the years when people remove an oil filter and don't make sure the old rubber gasket came off with it.
It stays stuck to the metal mating surface.
Then they screw on the new oil filter on top of the old rubber seal, and then it leaks...

Also,
If it is a CRD, the oil pressure sensor unit is right in front of the oil filter location and could be leaking?
