I wanted to let all of you know that I found an alternative source for rebuilt injectors. When I took mine to Pacific Injection Service in Portland, OR. they tested mine and said they all failed. The body assembly was causing them to leak. I was surprised by this as the rig ran really good prior. They also told me that those injectors could not be rebuilt, which I thought odd, and replacement cost was $425 each (similar to our other vendors here). I about ship myself when I found out the cost by the way but it's just money. We can always make more, right??? Anyways when I got the new injectors they said Express Diesel SRL on them so I did some research and found out that they are an exclusive Bosch service center for the modern electronic injectors in Germany and they have a division here in the US. http://www.expressdiesel.us/ Not sure yet if they will sell to individuals. Hope this helps. |
