totally agree with posted reply The lift pumps generally used are also rated at fairly low pressure around 4 psi though i am sure the flow volume is more than adequate . Even if you assume a maximum fuel usage of say one gallon per mile at full throttle start and make the mile in 30 seconds which you won't that would be 2 gallon per minute flow .
When I roughly checked my fuel flow through original type filter and additional 2 micron filter it took about 7 seconds to fill a quart jar which would be equivalent of about 1.07 gallons per minute. That is just from a kennedy lift pump and did not include whatever aide the suction from CP3 fuel pump would provide.
So my conclusion is there is way more than enough fuel flow even through stock and add on 2 micron filter to fully supply wide open throttle.
However, if there is no lift pump or it isn't functional ( even with flow through lift pumps like the kennedy) I can also guarantee you won't get enough fuel to injectors for wide open throttle if you have 2 micron additional filter.
