my kj 2.8 of 2005 gives me every day a p0234 always when the engine is cold and rpm below 1500t / mn.map new, iat new, samco hoses, new fuel filter and air, soleinoide and small new filter, orm and ehm for a month, the turbo regulation rod moves 1 inch, my turbo is 'he @$#%', never a problem when I roll on the highway. Thank you for your help

I am replying since no one else has. I believe this is the code for turbo overboost. I would check all the vacuum lines, clean or replace MAP sensor, its possible the vacuum solenoid needs replacing especially if the turbo rod moves fully manually . I am not sure if its the vacuum solenoid that you replaced.

There are several threads on this topic you might find more explanation. Just put in p0234 in the search engine. If it stops searching and says something like can t search now immediately put it in again and it should show many threads about this. There are other ways to search see the topic at top of forum first 5 or 6 topics if you have problems with search.
