CCV? I replaced mine at 180k along with a leaky main seal just to be safe. But, no maintenance required

The CCV puck can be removed, disassembled, cleaned, carefully reassembled, and installed back on the valve cover.
There is a spring and rubber diaphragm inside the puck that must be reassembled correctly.
Or you could just order a new one and install it.

There is also a "J" tube or loop seal as some call it underneath the CCV puck in the valve cover that should be cleaned out with some brake cleaner and a pipe cleaner while the CCV puck is removed. See picture.
