First and foremost thanks for all the help.

Just wanted to give everyone an update. I installed a new modulator, solenoid and exchanged all the vacuum hoses. Its not a 100% fix but I can notice the amount of smoke produced to slowly decrease. The Jeep is much more responsive.

Will post a second updated in a week or two.
