Ok so I am a dummy, I cut off the hoses and did not look to see which goes where.
For the top side transmission line (top side at transmission), does it go to driver or passenger side in the front?

Bottom side go to driver side?

Thank you.

Maybe these will help?

According to the Parts Diagram:

So new problem/leak. Hoses appear to be ok since I changed the crimped parts of the cooler lines.

Noticed transmission fluid on the garage floor as I look underneath the front end the front crossmember (just behind and underneath radiator) is wet, but I cannot see where it is coming from. Any ideas of where I might should look and potential parts required?

This is my primary/only vehicle so trying to line up what I need before I tear into it.

Check cooler connections and lines under cooler area.

Best I can tell the only place it could be coming from is is the out inlet on the radiator (I can't really see that port).

I am assuming only fix is a new radiator? And if so any recommendations?

One other thing I am seeing is the metal portion of the coolant line was rubbing on the metal crossmember. I don't see a hole but just where the fluid is lining up it kind of makes sense. What are options for that? I just have to buy a whole new transmission coolant line?

If I was cheap and lazy, which I am, I would maybe see if I could slip a short piece of hose over the end and over the potential crack/hole. Put a clamp on both ends and see if that stops it.

So got a better look. Leak is coming from connection at bottom of radiator.

I am assuming radiator replacement is only option? Recommendations on radiators?

Sounds like you need an aftermarket trans cooler. Cut off the crimp portions with a Dremel tool being careful not to cut into the rubber lines at the factory trans cooler and slip them onto your aftermarket cooler and double clamp it. Lots of discussion on what, how, and where to install one when you search.

I installed a 10"x9" B&M trans cooler with a thermo controlled fan inline with my factory cooler and installed on the drivers side radiator stack next to the factory electirc fan. Only place I could think of since I have an ARB bumper taking up all the forward space. The B&M already has a temp probe to turn on the fan when the fluid reaches 180 degrees and I also have it wired so I can manually turn the fan on if I feel the need to for additional cooling.

a couple of questions, on the factory cooler can the fitting itself be replaced or repaired?

If I go with an auxiliary cooler is that enough cooling for the transmission or am I now going to have to worry about transmission longevity?
