Is there anything else apart from head gasket and EGR cooler that could be introducing coolant into the engine.
Have blocked egr cooler and no difference. No pressure in bottle. Looks like head off but looking for other possibilities first.
Thanks.

A cracked head, a cracked block, or a cracked cylinder liner.
The last two are almost unheard of.
Most common is head gasket followed by a cracked head.
Once you get the head off, it should be thoroughly pressure tested by a good machine shop.

I’ve had a cracked head.
There are some tests you can do to help confirm a cracked head.
First is to use a cooling system pressure tester to pump it up to 16 psi.
Then remove all four glow plugs.
Then crank the engine.
If water shoots out the glow plug holes, it’s either a head gasket or cracked head.

Depending on what you mean by introducing into the engine , Yes there is at least one other and I am surprised Flash didn't mention it since he recently had the problem. If you mean coolant into the oil , the oil cooler.
