P1189 -- unplugged air pressure sensor on side of airbox
P1189 is for the small sensor on the side of the air box lid. Sometimes referred to as the "Mercedes Sensor".

I checked the sensor and it had a loose connection. All it's power is back now

A 10k oil change interval is risky unless you are doing analysis to confirm all is well.

I don't care what they claim, I would never run any oil for 10k without changing. Begging for trouble especially on this very unique tempermintal engine.
Oil and filters is the cheapest insurance you will ever purchase!

Well...

For most of the 13 years I’ve owned my CRD I’ve averaged almost 18000 miles a year.
And I change the oil every 6 months.
So that’s about 9000 miles per oil change.

My CRD has 240K miles now.
And it’s never had a problem with engine oil lubrication.
When I pulled the head at 160K miles the rocker arms were still in good condition.
Of course, I still replaced them anyway because I had already purchased new ones.

I change oil in all my vehicles, diesels or gassers @ 5k or one year, whichever comes first.
Oil is cheap insurance!

Agree with WW... at work we recommend oil service be performed every 5k or annual which ever comes first... remember people in the big picture of things oil and fluids are CHEAP... that said I fluch my trans every 30k then at 60 do the filter and 7qts then at 90 a flush then 120 filter and 7qts ect...we finally did the wife’s 06 kJ trans at 270k when it first went into limp under a hard acceleration and it detected a little slip... it is just starting to slip with 270k and the GDE hot tune and suncoast converter... and it’s all original..... now it’s got an ATS stage 1 with the proper upgrades and their low stall billet converter and the trans is good for over 500ftlbs...
