I am in the process of putting in a new turbo and I used a little bit too much force and accidentally broke something. Does anybody know what it could possibly be. If you need clearer pictures I will be glad to take some in the morning when it’s nice and bright. It’s a plastic piece of some sort that connected to the rubber hose that connects to the air filter box if that makes sense.

Is that not part of the CCV/EHM setup that directs oil mist from the CCV Valve into the air filter? I have never worked in that area but if you go to SAMS NOOB Guide at the top of this CRD Love That Torque!! Section there are some nice pictures of the Engine Bay!

I think I may have found it. It’s a breather tube for the valve.

Try the Parts Fiche here for your Year/Model so you can try the Dealers or other part suppliers.

It's just an elbow. Any auto parts store should have it.

OEM Mopar PN: 53013104AE Air Cleaner Hose
There are new ones available, IDParts, SasquatchParts.com, Amazon, dBay, etc... :google:
The plastic fitting that connects the CCV hose to the rubber boot can be sourced at any hardware or building supply store. It is just a simple 5/8 double barb hose fitting.
It is better to replace it with a metal one instead of the plastic fitting.

OK, probably a non-elbow.

The part that you broke IS an elbow to the CCV hose, the larger intake hose is also ripped up and needs to be replaced. Both can be sourced from IDparts.com for a reasonable price.
