Plug off that :TEE" by shoving a small bolt into it that you showed in the picture you posted in your other post, that is where you are losing vacuum!
I plugged off the hole and everything is running great just as it should be running. Brake problem is solved. Boost problem is solved. Also I did have an exhaust leak from my excusar clamp as I didn’t tighten it enough as I was scared to break it from a past experience
