Post subject:  ABS Module
Good morning.

It looks like my ABS module is not communicating. We checked all wires to it. They appear ok. Just replaces the FCM on 2005 CRD. Is the module specific to the CRD or will it interchange from other years/models? Would anyone have a used one or a part number as Jeep is not close by.

The ABS Module is specific to the 2005 model, the 2006 models have a totally different ABS system on them.

MODULE. Anti-Lock Brakes. 2005 Jeep Liberty LIMITED EDITION 2.8L Turbo 4 Cyl Diesel A/T 4X4
Part Number: 05170471AA
Unfortunately, all the Mopar sites say "No Longer Available", so finding a good used one from a boneyard may be your best option. :cry:
