My right side lower ball joint will not fully seat (bottom-out or touch the lower control arm) the same way as the left side drivers side does. Nuts are tight. Any advice?

Did you clean the hole in the lower arm from rust and make sure you don't have a small burr?

Did you make sure you didn't damage the hole when you removed the old ball joint ?

A ball joint not properly seated is not acceptable !

I would remove it again and make sure everything is fine before repressing again.

Hammering on the press under pressure can help to seat the ball joint too .

I discovered that it's a bad lower ball joint, replacing both sides.
