Just completed installing the new deep sump cast aluminum PML transmission oil pan today along with new Mopar transmission oil filters. The pan is a beauty with cooling fins inside and out and fit perfectly along with having a drain plug and a tapped location in the side of the pan for a transmission temperature gauge sensor.
Huge difference in size as compared to the stock oil pan that was removed.
LubeLocker Gasket is super nice since it requires no sealant.
Hoping it will make a huge difference in transmission temperatures when towing loads in higher ambient temperatures.
Took 8 quarts of ATF+4 so far, may still have to add a little more ATF after it settles some overnight.
Still have to drop my custom skid plate about 2 inches in the rear and 1 inch in the front to provide enough clearance to the bottom of the new oil pan; that will be tomorrows project.
Anybody need a stock OEM transmission oil pan, I got one.
