Lots of info on the board regarding scan tools, code readers. However, I don't seem to see much regarding advanced capabilities, say if you need to swap an BCM that requires the VIN programmed. Short of involving the stealership, or procuring a very pricey Snapon tool is there any alternatives out there?

Anyone have any experience with Autoenginuity's products?

Used Chrysler Starscan tools are out there (pricey) but it is my understanding they still require a subscription for advanced functions, such as programming a VIN to a replacement module.

Any thoughts? Thanks in advance
