My 06 CRD with EGR deleted is losing boost. Accelerating is very slow and has a problem getting above 40mph and when accelerating sounds like exhaust is leaking. Replaced the turbo and MAP sensor, also took off all hoses and pressure tested each hose for cracks and leaks. Nothing has fixed the problem yet...any ideas?

How is it deleted, just a tune, a blockoff plate, or total removal of all system components?
