Hi guys,

One of my idler pulley got hit and being in Canada it's impossible to find the original part so I bought a 36101 (mine is Gates) like a lot of people here. Original part had the bolt secured through the bearing whereas the 36101 hasn't got the bolt.
How has everyone used the 36101 with the bolt that came with the original pulley? Did they reuse the cylinder sleeve part ? Mine got damaged when the bearing died. See photos.

We're supposed to do the job tomorrow, hopefully with your help I can figure this out !
Thanks a lot !

If you can find some of these bushings locally, Gates PN 91051-16 or 70086002
it will solve you problem. It has a 17mm OD and a 12mm ID.
It will fit the ID bearing perfectly and allow a 12mm OD bolt to center in the 6203 bearing.

You can purchase the Gates Idler Pulley Bushing at many parts stores including NAPA.
NAPA: Accessory Belt Drive Hardware Kit Bushing Part #: NBH 9105116 https://www.napaonline.com/en/p/NBH9105 ... sionRank=1
