ARP IPC 4044 stud kits sold out.

Starting to source parts for cylinder head rebuild and replacement. IDparts seems to have it mostly covered. However they are out of ARP stud kits for CRD engines. Searched internet and did not find any in stock.

Any members out there have any extra kits or sources for ARP stud kits?

There plenty of arp studs on the market. But more expensive anywhere else compared to idparts

Buy two of the VW ARP kits and have two studs extra. I'll look for the ARP part # when I'm in my shop later.

Have you tried Whitebread performance? They are slightly cheaper than IDParts and their web site does not show them as being unavailable.

Did email Whitebeard to check if in stock. No reply yet. Message on website says they are out till Mid April, so may just have to wait.

ARP Studs for the 2.8 CRD box info:

#204-4706 VW/AUDI 1.9L TURBO DIESEL HSK.

You'll need two kits and end up with two extra studs.

Just called ID Parts and head studs are still 6 weeks out. I also noticed that the replacement head just went up $200. That sucks!
