Looking for a engine mechanic to work on 2005 CRD. I'm in Georgia US.

It will crank and run but runs very rough like a bad injector.

I took it to the local diesel shop and they said it was a bad injector so they replaced the injectors. This did not fix the problem so they decided it was an internal engine problem and they did not want to rebuild the engine.

The local shops seem very busy with the large diesel trucks and don't have time for an old Jeep.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Both Jim and I travel to work on them. Chances are its one or more rockers collapsed. Pm me and we can discuss further if you want
