Hello, a friend will soon sell me his jeep compass for a cheap price, however maintenance still needs to be done because the car has not been driven for a few months. I have already obtained all the filters on the internet, in terms of lubricants, I found some not too expensive high performance oil from the Noleaky brand, I don't know if anyone has already used this product?

Your link does not work!
Noleaky is a head gasket sealer.
If you are looking for a suitable oil, best look up what is approved for the jeep.

No specs shown!
Think I would pass on it.
5w oil maybe good for very cold conditions.
They dont state their EU spec.

Best to stick to established oil brands that have the correct *ratings/classifications for diesel engines depending on where you reside, API, SAE, ACEA, ILSAC, JASO, etc....
Quote:
Industry associations*
– ACEA  European Automobile Manufacturers Association
– API  American Petroleum Institute
– ILSAC  International Lubricant Standardization & Advisory Committee
– JASO  Japanese Automobile Standards Organization

If you reside in a location where temperature allows, you are better off to run a heavier weight oil in your diesel engine to provide better protection.
Many owners run 15W-40 Full Synthetic like Shell Rotella T6 :D

Sorry, I assumed he was asking about a diesel powered Jeep since he posted it in the: "Board index » Jeep CRD / E85 / Alternative Fuels » Liberty CRD...Love that Torque!!!" section.
Even if it is a gasser, I still prefer a heavier weight oils even in gas powered vehicles. I run 20w50 in my gas powered truck.
Heavier weight oils provide better protection for hard working engines especially in hotter operating environments.

Not wanting to open the Pandora’s box on the virtues of oil….. but I run Mobil Delvac 1 ESP 5w-30 in my CRD that has 151k miles and I change it every 3500 miles. Thoughts?

Well oil certainly can be a Pandora's box; :ROTFL: :banghead: :dizzy:
Everyone has an opinion about what is the best oil for their engines and then along comes an Amsoil salesman pushing his brand oil.
Bottom line, do your own research and use the oil that best fits your needs and you are comfortable with.

My thoughts since you asked!
You simply don't hear of trucks with larger diesel engine running any 0w or 5w anything weights, they run heavier weight oils like 15w40 or 15w50 for millions of miles over the road hauling freight.
The only reason Chrysler/Mopar recommended using 0w-40 or 5w-40 oil in the Jeep CRD was to try and meet CAFE standards set by the EPA for the 2005 & 2006 models. It certainly was not for engine protection and longevity beyond warranty mileage! :furious:

Several years ago, quite a few owners including myself switched to using Shell Rotella® T6 15W-40 Full Synthetic Heavy Duty Diesel Engine Oil in their Jeep Liberty CRD. I now run this same oil in my Dodge Cummins, and my diesel tractor, I was running 15w50 Royal Purple in them but the Shell T6 is more cost effective.
