I'm sure everyone had heard about the EPA fining Cummins for some missteps. Interested to know what the folks here think about the developments. My feeling is don't buy a diesel newer than 2005.

I would tell the EPA Nazi's to pound sand.

The EPA is the Gestapo and the SS all rolled into one.
They have eliminated many of our freedoms and they need to be held accountable for their evil deeds and unjust rules.
They have no power to make laws or set rules for American citizens to have to abide by, yet they have done just that. Only Congress can make and pass laws!
Many of their leaders should be setting in prison for what they have done to this country.
The EPA should be shut down and totally eliminated ASAP!
Dam them all to HELL!
