Looking for a EGR tube for a liberty CRD. This is the tube that goes from the exhaust manifold to the EGR valve. Mine cracked on the EGR side! Thanks All! bud.price@gmail.com

PM me your contact info. I should have one laying around somewhere. You pay for shipping and you can have it.

Can you eliminate the EGR, block off the feed pipe?
Then you won't need one.

I considered that, but the emission tests here where I am would fail keeping me from getting it registered. I did try getting the emissions test with the EGR Delete, but they failed it due to no EGR function even with no engine light codes.

If you cannot find the tube, call Green Diesel Engineering next Monday. We have brand new pipes and a bunch of other KJ parts.

It’s been a few months since the last couple replies but I just discovered that my egr tube has cracked at the flange. Anyone still have one available?

Can you just block it off?

If so, you can cut if off, flatten it for a couple of inches and then fold it over and crimp it.

No, I’ve got emissions testing in a few months unfortunately. I suppose I could block it off to at least save the condition of this tube for testing as the leak isn’t too bad yet.

Thanks for the instructions though!

To bad, these engines don't fare well with EGR's in service.

Yeah, I know. I installed my provent at 17 miles. I had one EGR failure at about 200,000 miles. I suspect the provent was a good investment. Too bad I have to deal with the rest of the system though. This is actually my second pipe failure. :(
