Post subject:  SEGR schematic

Sold my first crd to a guy and was very clear it was missing certain components and had a tune on it. Turns out, his area checks for “readiness” of certain components, egr was shown as unsupported. I feel bad and would like to make it work for him. The test stated that the egr is supported, which is accurate, and based on my messages to my yeti, i can’t do anything other than revert to original tune, but, without the missing components, it’s never going to pass. I was hoping someone might have the schematic from TurboTim laying around for the SEGR. Confident enough to build it, but the schematic link in previous posts does not work. Or, if it’s possible to get into the tuning side of things enough to change values on what the computer likes to see for AFC, EGR, and MAF, then i could make those values appropriate for what it won’t be reading if that makes sense.

As of now, there is no tuning that will allow you to "pass" all the readiness monitors. I was working with Yeti and he had me try like 15 different tunes and every one of them would either not show the monitors or not have the EGR monitor.

I have an original SEGR that I never installed if anyone wants it. What's it worth?

To be honest, not really worth a lot in today's environment. You can get a great tune from Yeti (*Marco) that only requires reflashing the the writeable part of the ECM to achieve the same thing along with added benefits such as more HP and more engine torque.
And a tune/reflash does not require all the wiring modifications as a SEGR did.
Back in the day before a few members figured out and modified the necessary tables in the ECM to produce a good quality EGR delete tune, it had value, not so much anymore.
