You should dig through the 4X4 forum. IIRC the compressor can be mounted under the hood or burried in the LH rear quarter panel and the air tank on the drivers side frame rail (opposite the muffler location). What are you up to, adding air lockers?

I mounted the compressor under the hood, under the battery tray... it couldent have fit any better :P :P , but i couldent find a good spot for the huge tank... i looked at the spot under the driverside, it seems like a bad spot though.... bottoming out once and it is gone  .... the other place i was thinking was in the exaust cavity..... but i think it would be too hot and cause problems.... but there would be loads of room forme any way, i pulled that giant muffler off and ran a straight exaust pipe (2.5in) from the cat... it sounds much better...lol.... but back to the tank... i cant figure out a good "safe" location for it..... and yes im putting air lockers on it..

Thanks for any help along the way

well first you have to post them on a site like cardomain or imageshack etc. then when the pics are on that site you right click on the pic, click properties, then hilite the address, copy it, then come back here, post it with the Img button before and after the address :)

Its under the batt and the fuse panel.... when u take your batt. box out u will c that the fuse panel/box is just sitting on some clips that is attached to the batt. tray underr that there is all kinds of wasted space.. it actully fit like a glove.... i had zero wiggle space 8) it fit so tight when i reassembled everything it ended up coverinig the entire compressor. it just worked out so nice :P

now i just cant find a spot for the air tank
