So Took the fam down to Dinsey world and drove there. Had a cargo carrier on top with all the bags in it. Ice coler and stuff in the back with tools and stuff. Four people.

Round trip was 4,240.77 Miles
Used 233.558 Gallons of gas.
Comes out to be about 18.15 MPG.

We drove over hills, tennasee mountains (small compared to where I live), very stonge head winds at times going, Stronge head winds for 1000 miles comming back. ran into a three state rain storm. so, all in all, I did pretty good I say. The car topper cought a lot of wind and you can feel it.

I have the BFG A/T KO tires and they did pretty good. I hit a long water puddle at about 55 and did not hydro plain. However, I hit a long water pool strip on some road at 70 (you know, the road has these small curved ruts), and the frunt did hydo plain some, but the back held on. Of course I was not running in 4 wheel drive.

Just posted my experiance thus far.

Impressive. Doing that drive and coming back without everyone mad at each other for one, and the mileage for the other reason!

Hope you guys had a good time.
