We bought our 03 Rennie in December with 112K on it. It seriously needed tires and a front end alignment. Also had to have the right half axle and intermediate shaft replaced. May need a new driver's side half axle as well. It grumbles a bit above 60mph. We travel in a motorhome and found this Liberty at a used car dealer. It already was lifted with an OME kit and had the base plates installed for a tow bar. No telling how many miles are actually on the drive train. When you tow the truck the transfer case is placed in neutral and the transmission in Park so there is no mileage accumulated.

We now have 117K on the speedometer and are loving it. Hoping to tow it to Alaska this summer and see what kind of wheeling we can find on the way.

Bigolboogyman - Welcome,

If you want more advice on tires, go to the tire, meats, and donuts section and ask there. You'll get more response to that question there.

Oh, yeah!
Follow the maintenance recommendations in the owners manual. That's a good place to start. I'm over 150,000 on my Jeep Liberty CRD. I have change all my "fluids" to Amsoil, but that's my personal preference.:SOMBRERO:

250K on a 3.7? wow. That is impressive! You should have spit out at least 5-7 valve springs by now and sludged up at least one set of heads. Yours must have nine lives. Congrats! Keep us updated!

I just rolled 100K this past weekend.
