Mine personally only has 54k, but yesterday I drove my employee's 2002 with get this, 185K on it! The chassis sounds like it's about had it, but the motor and tranny were still strong and flawless. She drives highway, but uses 4 HIGh a lot due to winter snow covered roads. Only major work done is she had some valve knock taken care of 5k ago. Other than that, only stranded her once due to crank sensor. She bought it with 70K on it five years ago. Unfortunately, she still has payments! Image

I have an 05 Kj limited with 132,000 miles on it and I've replaced the following:
radiator twice
water pump
cv joints
suspension three times (due to poor lift kit)
drive shafts
the jeep is burning oil (about a quart every two weeks0
and both rear window regulators are out

250K on a 3.7? wow. That is impressive! You should have spit out at least 5-7 valve springs by now and sludged up at least one set of heads. Yours must have nine lives. Congrats! Keep us updated!

I just rolled 100K this past weekend.

I went and traded it in yesterday on a Ram 1500, it was still going strong, but now I need something to pull a trailer.
The dealership only gave me $1500 trade-in for the Liberty, guess they don't care for Jeeps with 300,000 on them.

2002 Sport 4x4, 3.7 - I'm the original owner now has 110,000+ on it.

It's history, just the highlights:

5th set of lower ball joints - All replaced under warranty or by the recalls - 2 broke, 2 wore prematurely- 5th set going good with 40,000+ miles on them.

3rd set of upper ball joints - I replaced them once for being extremely worn(pre-recall), and the recall replaced them again.

3rd HVAC fan control circuit board. Another well designed part.

3rd battery - stock only made it 3 years- 1st Optima red top finall gave up 2 weeks ago 7+ years! Put another redtop in it.

Replaced Y-pipe/cat converter- rotted out where the heat shield tabs were welded on. Installed Cat back Dynomax system at the same time- bought everything from Summit Racing- shipped direct in 3 days!

3rd set of tires- currently running Master Craft Coursur AWT's- Junk(I got what I paid for)! will be going back to Bridgestone's next fall.

2nd radiator- first one split at the driver side upper bracket just like everyone else.

K&N fresh air intake, bought it from a member on here many years ago- works well, but no appreciable gain in mileage, but I do like the lifetime filter.

at 65,000 swapped out stock shock/struts for Rancho 5000. Still going strong.

Rear passenger doors, both sides rusting at bottom inside at the pinch seam- rusting inside out, no damage and I keep her clean through all seasons- leads me to believe the doors hold water...

I truly like the vehicle and fully expect to own/drive it a few more years. The only issues I've had are the same things well documented on this site- all designed in defects. Build quality has been very good with nary a rattle or squeek in almost 10 years now.

88,000 on mine. Changed the battery to an Optima when the stock one went out. Also did some Bosch plugs & wires. No big problems here.

Getting ready to click over to 128K, but I've only put about 20 miles or so on it myself (purchased this weekend). :P

It purrs like a kitten and I'm planning on having this thing the rest of my life!

Bought my 06 in Feb of this year with 112,000 miles, as of yesterday just rolled over 137,000 miles. And she's still running strong! Love my liberty!

God, I feel ancient. '93 Grand Cherokee with 384,000 on it! Put in a rebuilt tranny a few years ago, various hoses, plug, wires and such, but...never been into the engine! Slid into a ditch on an icy road a few years ago. Put it up on the passenger side. Wrecker pulled it back down and I drove it home!

Just rolled my 06 Liberty Renegade past 140k last week. Wanted to take a picture but forgot (obviously I would have pulled over :) ). She still runs like the day I brought her home from the dealer with 44k I believe. Haven't done too much major work outside of routine (oil changes, bulbs, brakes, coolant flush, spark plugs, PCV valve, etc). Had to replace a rear brake caliper a few weeks after I bought it, resister pack, U joint, upper control arms (still have the original lowers and tie rods which I probably should replace), starter and had to have my roof repaired after it rotted through. Other than that, she still runs strong and tows like a beast. No complaints :) Hoping for another 140k.

It's time for my 90,000 mile service. Actually, about 250 miles past due, but it's happening tomorrow.

That being said, I wanna know who's got 100,000 or more miles on their Liberty? 150k? 200k? I'd like to know, because I intend to keep this thing for a while:)
200,300 on an 05 crd.
