ok so i'm about 7000 away but it's getting there...i know plugs, tranny is good and tcase...i already run synthetic oil...what else ahould i do...coil packs??coolant flush??? |

Coolant flush,t-stat,upper/lower radiator hoses,PCV valve,brake flush,P/S flush,fuel filter,serp belt/tensinor are just to name a few things.

Any benefit with going to the dealer for parts over a NAPA/Autozone/Advanced? |

if you want to pay double for parts sure go to the dealer otherwise go to NAPA for most everything , I have always trusted their stuff more than the others mentioned |

Napa has quality parts, I'd never hesitate to use anything that I bought there on the KJ. Advance is a bit cheaper, but sometimes you can tell by looking at the part. |

I don't think he needs to worry about CV's.. I'm at 142,000 and I am still on the original belt and tensioner, and original hoses... As Tom would say I'm on borrowed time... And I am.... But I'm broke as a Joke right now. So Right now, I say, if it aint broke, don't fix it... If you have the cash.. Might as well do everything Troy listed... Preventative Maintenance is key to a happy Jeep. |
