no pampering here and just recently started caring for my libby the right way (kinda) after 200K...

all the things ive done to it are post 200k....within the past 6 months...

went on a 3K mile, round trip adventure down to baja mexico....110mile dirt road (one way)...

just recently theres been some hiccups in acceleration around 30mph but when i hit the gas it goes away....we'll see where that goes...

you take care of a jeep and they will last, my first XJ had 285,000 on it when I sold it, current one is at 208,000

Yep most will,
had 3 XJs I bought new and all went over 250,000 , one to 265,000 before it was sold
The KJ will last even longer I am sure

The XJ's have the Inline-6 but the KJ's have the v6. Inline-6 engines are "bullet proof", last for along time. My aunt has a '97 TJ 5spd inline6 with orginal motor and tranny which is at 300,000 miles. The Jeep still runs too. I'm surprised a v6 has lasted that long but when you take care of something really good, it will last you awhile. I'm currently knocking on 60,000 miles on my KJ. There's plenty of years left in mine.
