I would "Borrow" the bear off of the USARAK patch. (USARAK=US Army Alaska at Ft. Richardson) It's a head shot of a polar bear that just looks MEAN. http://www.usarak.army.mil/ Superimpose that over the Alaska State Flag with the Jeep and LOST Logo. Thats just my .02 cents though.

Or more specifically, Denali. And a "KJ" somewhere on the logo too.

Hey longarm - I see you're running Silent Armor for your tires. I know there's a lot of people over in the "Tires" area interested in hearing about them as they are a fairly new tire. Perhaps you could pop over there and give your $.02...

I'm here to help if you guys want a logo. I designed the new national logo, if that's a good frame of reference. PM me if you like it.

Sorry, I'm a little behind in the times. I'll do just that. I like to pop in here from time to time and see whats going on in AK. Hopefully, I will be back up there in a few years for good. I sure do miss it.

I have tons of Ideas for a logo / insignia...

Moose driving a KJ over the Alaska Range (including Denali and /or the pipeline ) and the with the patch fading from winter to summer. on the winter side have the Aurora's and the summer side, the midnight sun. I know that similar themes have been done to death up here, but that is what is what Alaska is best know for.

A picture of the state with a KJ mobbing through the center of the state between the Brooks and Alaska ranges... (ok I live in Fairbanks).

2 polar bears stuck in the tundra trying to use a High Lift Jack to try and lift the Pipeline so they can drive under it.

Kodiak Grizzly driving a KJ up a stream with salmon jumping all around. (that one looked better in my head).

I have a friend who is a well known alaskan cartoonist (Jamie Smith author of Nuggets, Freeze Frame, and a ton of UAF promotional pieces) that I could ask for assistance in illustrations.
