Alaska 4x4 Meet and Greet 2006!

In case any of you are interested, it's open to anyone who wants to come on out. **Don't stay home because you feel underbuilt! All are welcome and we want you to come!** It'll be my first one, but it's the 5th annual and I've heard all good things about it.

It's the 9,10,11 of June at the State Fairgrounds in Palmer. It's hosted by the Alaska Extreme Fourwheelers, but all the local clubs pitch in a good deal and make it a great time. Here's a link to info for those interested:

http://www.akmeetandgreet.com/

There's still a lot of work being done, and the website should be updated as needed. When it gets closer you should be able to find some more info on the http://www.alaska4x4network.com as well in amongst the threads.

Went really good. There was probably 50-60 rigs and their families there. We had seminars and tons of good food. 8 different trails you could pick from to run. But sadly no KJ's made an apperance. I'm trying to upload pics, but I'm having difficulties and it's taking a long time. As soon as they are up I'll post them up for you guys.

And the best part... I got to play in the mud! :)

Del and I had the opportunity to attend the Meet n Greet up in Alaska and I must tell ya, we had a great time. The local Anchorage club over extended their hospitality and made us feel more than welcome (thank you Al & Stacy). Here's a couple of shots of a Moose Buggy that we had the priviledge to wheel in (I'm not sure if we were really wheelin versus hunting :lol: ) See it here: http://www.staciealbright.com/Pages/four-wheeling.html

Thank you to the Alaska folks! We'll see you again!

I'm thinking hunting... ;->

This summer I'll have a bunch of pics online, and when hunting season hits this fall...

Put lockers in front and rear, finally got Rubicon wheels on the 2.5 lifted Liberty. Working on a snorkel. All this - for hunting season.

I wish I could have made it.... but my wife and I were expecting our 2nd child. We had a happy handsome baby boy, and his name is Cameron.

Maybe "we" can go nexrt year... hey it's never too early to get your kids started.

I did go hunting, got a black bear this spring. Nothing so far for the fall season. However, the great news is I have a baby boy now too - Adrien!
