I'll tell ya I was out for a good 6 hours yesterday and not even a burp (though a few clicks/pops...nothing to write home about since it is brand new) from the locker all the while not being easy on it. The KJ ended up doing things with a much more laid back attitude and just went forward. I even strapped a TJ out in reverse while in 4LO that was high centered in some real muddy and deep double-tracks. On the pavement I hear
nothing!
I do think it is worth removing the front sway bar for the trails. It just felt and worked better...at least to me behind the wheel. The feedback I got from ThunderbirdJunkie was that I was flexing pretty good both ends.
HnH is a place I would highly recommend to everyone that has a chance to get there. So much fun...safe enough for a group of 2 trucks (with basic recovery) if you pick your trails right. We should really get another LOST ride together soon down there. It does need to be pretty dry. Most of the stuff would be slick as snot and is pretty steep. ThunderbirdJunkie and I had a lot of "wow, it's cool to see Libertys out here...I'm impressed"
Thanks for the compliments on the truck. I do agree that it looks really different with the 31's. I think with the front spoiler off it makes it look higher
. In our group yesterday we had a Rubi on 35's that was built very well and he must have said 6 or 7 times how well the KJ was working. He was a great guide and nice guy.
