How difficult were these trails?

I can't speak for the other trails, but elephant hill was hard enough to be a lot of fun, but not so difficult that you are going to break your rig. This was my first Jeep trail in Moab, and I got through it all right. Though I grew up in Utah, most of my time in Moab was spent on a mountain bike.
