Post subject:  Trail Run at The Wilds, Zanesville OH
The Rover club that I run with is hosting a Turkey Camp Trail Run at The Wilds near Zanesville, Ohio on November 26/27. It's a great place, I've been there many times to various events and to help build trails. The idea with the Turkey camp is that participants bring T-Day leftovers and set up a buffet style dinner Saturday evening. Should be a good time. here is a link to register if anyone is interested.

I always heard it was for Rovers only and they wouldn't let anyone else in??

That area has been off limits to all but the Green Oval Guild Land Rover club in the past. There are many reasons for that, however, the club would like to extend invitations to all that would like to participate. They try very hard to maintain a family atmosphere, and there are very strict "self policing" rules in effect to keep it that way, and also to keep the ORV area clean and inviting. This area is a test model that may open the door for more ORV areas in Ohio. Responsible participation here is a good thing, and it will be fun!

Do we really trust that they captured/killed all of the animals that got loose from that private farm? I could just see a tiger attack putting a damper on this thing.

I'd love to go but I don't think I'll be able to get away then.
