Boy, let's hope this passes.... maybe if this is a success, they'll move on and redesignate more land as wilderness. :pepper:

I'm confused. Do you really understand what this means? Designating it as wilderness means that you won't be able to take your Jeep there (no motorized vehicles). Keep it up and you won't need anything but street tires because you won't be able to go off road anywhere. If this sounds good to you I'm not sure why you would find a Jeep or a forum about Jeeps interesting. You are certainly entitled to your opinion. I just want to make sure you know what this means. Wilderness is a word that has been hijacked. Designating land as wilderness sounds good but now that word is being used to exclude people from access to OUR beautiful land with any motorized vehicles. I believe in taking care of the land - I don't tear it up with my Jeep - but I don't believe in keeping the people out by excluding motorized vehicles.
