Mounted up 4 Hella FF75s on my BVG rack.





I used eyebolts thru the rack, with a washer above and below and the hella supplied mounting bolt thru the washers and eye.



I used a 4-wire trailer wiring plug after cutting the supplied Hella harness to facilitate taking the rack and lights on and off.



I mounted the switches to the left of the steering column. where the switch for a renegade lightbar would be. The left switch controls the two outside lights and the right switch controls the middle 2 lights.

Before Moab, I built a mount for my hi-lift on the BVG rack.



I used a piece of flat stock folded into a "U" shape and then put a bolt with a spacer thru it. Overall preety simple design, but functional.

Man pixel I like the high lift mount. I have been perplexed on how to get the highlift up there. I live and sometimes work in a sticky handed area sometimes but I don't see why I couldn't use a wheel lock and a wheel stud to make sure it doesn't walk off. Now I just wish I could find time to make my cross rails and mount my basket. Oh yea and buy the highlift.

Nice looking setup Don. I used the wing nut approach for my hi lift as well but have just a J bolt hooked around the rack bars. But on road I just keep the jack under the rear seat.

I just leave mine at home with the rack in the garage when I am not getting ready to go off pavement. I keep my hi-lift sand base in the back of the jeep to use with the stock scissor jack should I need to change a tire.
