I have never weighed them either.. but comparing them to weights at the gym.. I'd say 45 .. 50 lbs a piece.

In the pic I can see you use screw to hold it, do you drill completely through the frame os just one of the two walls?

You need to drill completely through the pinch weld to attach your 'support', as labeled in your diagram. On the frame beams though, you only need to drill a pilot hole (1/4" or so), then bolt the rock rails up with some self tapping bolts.

I set the outside of the rails even with the outside of the flairs. Someday I'll add a extra 1 to 1 1/2 inch rail to add some stand off. Did you see the diagram on page two, near the bottom?
