I whipped these up a while back when I had my Ebay special rack on my KJ. Nannette currently has My old rack (that sounds like fun) on her KJ.

The rack can be found on Ebay, (several on here have it)
I made the corner wrap arounds and the mounts for the tire, Hi-Lift and added the CO2 mt.

You must be reading my mind jj. I was going to inquire about rack mounts (in place of the oem). Thanks for sharing that.

The guy on EBay that JJ refers to doesn't have a current listing but you can email him at blackout@npgcable.com.

He'll do custom sizes. He made mine only 4.5" high so I could still get in the garage. The folks at the powder coating siad that hadn't seen welds that nice in a long time. About $300. Wieighs 30# and is super strong.

Made the cross rack myself using 3/4" thick wall square tubing, a chop saw and a friend with a TIG welder.
