Yeah, so I needed this for tomorrow... and am in for a whopping $16 so far. Any additional recommendations for spray truck liner, or that cool rubber dip?!?? I plan on doing that up this weekend.

Would these work with tying down a bike? I know I have seen it somewhere where someone has but I cant find it anywhere!

For wind noise you could get some snap in plastic or steel cover that snaps into the track at elect supply house. I will look up the part # they also have soft plastic and steel end covers.

The problem I have with mine is the wind noise when I am going about 45mph. It is a very loud whoffing noise. Any suggestions? I have already capped the ends so I know it is just the air going under the rails (well i think :) )

If you made the unistrut ones try a temporary strip of duct tape on the channel side . We did that to quiet a ladder on a work truck the holes in the rungs were howling terribly filled in with great stuff when we nailed down where the noise was from.
