Post subject:  The Last Bumper Cut
I hope this is the right section:

I still had some very minor rubbing, on plastic. Not a big deal because it only hit for a very small portion of a full turn. But it was annoying! It doesn't rub anymore!! I will add a brace from the bottom of the fender up somewhere.
