Well here is a quick look at the cross bars I made up at work one weekend when I had to be there. I just used unistrut and welded some ends on it. They are 46" long and I sprayed them with that aerosol bed liner. I used Rivnut's or threaded rivet inserts and bolted them down in the factory holes in the rails. I am working on mounting options since these rails offer multiple brackets that I can use. I will update as I come up with accessories.
