The 2 times happened at different times but the jack was on Hunter Lake Trail and the big crease was on Dolores Trail in Reno.

Here is Dolores.

This is the pile of metal, dust, dirt, and other junk I used in the process. Quite the pile of garbage after I swept it all up.

Where did you get your bumpers or did you make those too?

The rear I had a guy make after I designed it. The front is a Fabtech Prerunner bumper for a TJ Wrangler. I modified it to work on my jeep.

So you put this bumper on your KJ?

I'd like to see that as well. How did you mount it? With or without the plastic pieces?

Yeah sorta, it's actually a rear bumper. It was really simple. I just did a little bending of the factory brackets and made some for the bottom. I'll get some pics up soon. I want to relocate the washer fluid tank too. It's really exposed now. Any suggestions?

For my bottle relocation I went to Kragen auto parts and picked up a overflow reservoir for like 5 bucks. Then I made a cradle out of some steel straps and bolted it to my unibody inside the engine compartment. It was pretty much plug-n-play.

It basically plugged right in. I'll get some pics for you.

There are 3 holes or openings in the bottle I bought. I put a dowel covered in RTV in 2 of the 3 opening, and then covered the ends with more RTV. The 3rd hole is the one I stuck the pump in. It just wedged in really tight and seals itself with the supplied sealing gasket. For the cradle I just cut and fit it to hold the bottle really tight, and it works perfectly. I just used some random hardware I had in my junk tool drawer.

Here is what it looks like and apparently I need to refill it.

Yes the stock one. I broke mine on Bitter Springs and never replaced it, but when I moved it, I bought a new stock pump and plugged it in. I was in the engine compartment messing around and bumped the pump pretty good, so now it beeps and tells me it is low all the time now when I start the jeep.

Very nicely done reminds me of that one guy that had full sliders made by Screaming Eagle IIRC.
