Then your lift would be 6"?? Is it possible??

I think I got more than 8 inches lift from stock in the front. I mounted my coil overs right on top of the axle tube instead of in front of the tube or behind it. I actually have the coils lowered as far as they will go and it is still high. This will change if I ever change axles.

Any way Larry...I love that you cut your KJ all up. You probably are going to have to regear or you will hate your daily driving after a while. Come to think of it I need to regear :|

Thanks Neatus, yep, regearing will have to come sooner than later now. Then the front diff itself will be the weak link so then I'll have go SFA. Then something else, then something else.
:banghead: Will it never end? oops what am I saying , of course it won't :jester:

I have always said with proper motivation, beer, sawzall, and a welder... anything is possible! I have been debating this with OHV-KJ for a while now, and I'm glad someone else jumped in. I'm going to be making a front bumper before the end of the summer. After that I will be jumping into trimming as much off my libbys fat stupid as possible, followed by fabbed fenders (possibly fiberglass). My wife said she wants bigger tires than the 245/75/16's that are on there now, so I gotta keep mama happy.
