I'm ready for it Mason!
Here ya go Terry! :goink:
Image

Also took a couple pics of the beginnings of my new dash cluster. I have the Fuel and Water temp. all mounted up. The Tach should be here Wednesday. I haven't ordered the speedo yet ($250.00), gotta wait to sell some more stuff.! Once they are all mounted in there the clear plastic cover will go back on too!

Image

Talking to BugginKJ and may put a brushed aluminum insert in the cluster back to set them off. I will need it anyway, the Speedo and Tach are 3-3/8 dia. ( They have a 5" too, but those are too large ) and the factory openings are 4". Not sure if I want to face the whole back like an insert, or just make like a 4-1/4" > 3-3/8" reducer like plate for the 2 larger gauges.

Hmmmmmmmm... :juggle:

Haven't done a whole lot in the engine compartment. Kinda hard with no motor or trans yet! :-)r I should get those next week. I did work some more on the dash cluster tho'. Got my Tach. ordered and received, so I worked on that. Should look OK when I get it finished.

Guess that's it for now. Not sure what, but I'll get out there and do SOMETHING this weekend. Lots to take care of so it shouldn't be too hard to find something to work on! Once I get the motor and trans. this should progress fairly quickly. The hardest part is waiting on parts!!!!

Waiting for those parts is like waiting for Christmas when you were a kid
Cluster looks great Larry. Are you going to black out the little bit of white that shows before the final install of gauges? :JEEPIN:

I soooo agree about bouncing ideas off others. Extra insight is always helpful especially when they see something that you never thought of.

As for your old parts...you got anything good? :D

Keep up the good work Wildman!

I tried to talk him into a cheap place like Taco Bell but he wanted high priced food, then didn't eat it all, typical first date with a woman !
Oh wait I mean it was, or well never mind
